My service doesn't end at key handover – on the contrary: Especially when you're short on time, based further away at home or abroad, or simply value support, I'm there for you as a reliable coordinator.

Whether electricians, painters, exterior or interior builders, carpet fitters, kitchen fitters, garden maintenance or other trades – I use my regional network to put you in touch with the right professionals. I monitor progress, ensure all work is completed reliably and keep you continuously informed.

I do not conclude contracts myself – these are agreed directly between you and the service providers, so liability remains with the respective companies. My role is smooth coordination.
