- We contact the owner and take over the full marketing.
- If a sale is completed through our brokerage, you receive your commission.

Note: When a tip is given for a property that is not publicly offered, we secure an exclusive brokerage mandate, market and sell the property – and upon completion the referrer bonus is paid out.

After review you will receive a written referrer agreement. Upon successful completion we pay your bonus directly to you.
