About me

My name is Holger Eberhard.

Married to Anni, proud stepfather of Noah and officially tolerated flatmate of our miniature wire-haired dachshund Houdini.

We have been living in the heart of Weinheim for many years. I know the streets, many of the people and some of the stories behind the properties here.

At the same time, Cape Town has become a second home for us. This connection between Weinheim and South Africa shapes the way I think and act:

Locally rooted. Globally oriented.

For me that is not a slogan – it is lived reality.

My professional path

For many years I have been working internationally in sales and business development in the logistics sector. In major projects I have harmonised the collaboration of international sales teams, integrated logistically complex supply chains across all modes of transport, supported M&A acquisition processes and helped develop complex temperature-controlled supply chain solutions in Europe.

This only works with structure, personal responsibility and economic viability.

I bring these experiences to the regional real estate market today.

It connects two worlds that at first glance seem opposite: global structural expertise and regional trust.
