Individual marketing concept, notification of registered buyers, presentation on relevant platforms and personal viewings. Credit and credibility checks of all prospective buyers are standard.

Financing security

Preparation of all documents and assurance of a reliable financing confirmation before the notary appointment.

Notary & handover

Coordination of notarisation, support at the notary and structured property handover with protocol.

Transparent remuneration

For this comprehensive service we charge you the customary success fee of 3.57% incl. VAT based on the notarially certified purchase price. If the transaction could not be concluded, we charge an expense allowance.
