Documentation Module

The procurement of property-related documents is carried out exclusively on the basis of a separate individual order in written or text form and after express approval by the owner.

Within the scope of this order we assume the organisational coordination and request for required documents from competent authorities, notaries, property management companies, energy consultants or other third parties.

There is no entitlement to the procurement of specific documents beyond what is actually legally and practically available.

Remuneration

Remuneration is on an hourly basis at €149 incl. VAT per hour, billed according to actual time spent. In addition, all expenses and fees charged by authorities, notaries, property management companies or other institutions for the issue or provision of documents are passed on at cost.

Liability

We do not accept liability for the accuracy, completeness or up-to-dateness of documents provided by third parties. Legal or structural review of the documents is not part of this order unless expressly agreed separately.
